- Rockwell Drive at Rockwell Centre located at J.P. Rizal, Makati City. IPM undertook the main infrastructures works and roads including the water distribution system, storm drainage system, sewer system and Meralco and Bayantel ducting works.

- Clearing, grubbing and stripping of stable materials for the site development works for SM Fairview at Quezon City, Undertook the roads parking and storm drainage line.
